I/we give Pakiri School permission to request information from my child's pre-school/primary school and to them being observed in their class for the purposes of evaluating their eligibility for a place in Pakiri Montessori. Where an observation is not practical we permit contact with their current teaching team via email/phone/Skype.

Change in circulstances

I/we will notify the Pakiri Montessori of any change in Montessori school/preschool status immediately, as I acknowledge this may change the status of my child's eligibility/enrolment.
